So after the unfortunate news yesterday about the EP not releasing today, on the bright side both the single and video for "Legalize Me" has been released on both Itunes and Amazon.Com. So if you haven't already go and support D.Woods' "Legalize Me".
Unfortunately, D.Woods EP "The Gray Area" will NOT be dropping on ITunes or Amazon.Com tomorrow instead it will be the single "Legalize Me" as well as the video. BUT good news is she WILL be releasing her solo debut album entitled "My Favorite Color" April 27, 2010 on her own label WOODGRANE Music. Lets GO D.WOODS!!!!
With her EP, The Grey Area releasing next week on December 8th, the lovely miss D. Woods has announced that her official album, My Favorite Color, will be out on April 27, 2010!!!!

Who's Mika Means you ask? Mika Means is an Atlanta native real name Tamika Means. She is 1/3 of the Girls Club she is a singer, songwriter, dancer and rapper. She is currently signed with Universal/Motown, she has appeared in Jay-Z's video for "Show Me What You Got" as a dancer. Mika has released "Spend Ya Money" last year and most recently "Everybody Know Me" feat Lil' Wayne and so far she has gotten good reviews from the single.

Shanell aka SnL is a singer and a songwriter who is signed to Young Money. She's wrote for many of your favorite artists such as Kelis, Danity Kane, and Chilli. She helped penned the track "Prom Queen" for Lil' Wayne as well as some other songs on his upcoming album "Rebirth". From the costume design to the choreography to the edgy hair and a nose ring with a chain she rocks with style, Shanell creates a unique artistic vision. Our very own D.Woods will be performing at Howard University's homecoming October 23, 2009. So if you attend Howard University or live in the D.C. area its open to all ages so make sure you check out D.Woods.
D.Woods has landed herself in a new movie titled "We Are Family". The cast includes Monique Coleman "High School Musical", Omarosa, Frenchie Davis just to name a few. D.Woods will be playing the character by the name "Broweena". So again congrats to D.Woods on her new role.

Wanita "D.Woods" Woodgette was born July 6, 1983 in Springfield, Massachusetts But now resides in Atlanta, Georgia. If you didn't know D.Woods has been performing at an early age she has been a back-up dancer for Bow Wow and Lloyd. She had a small appearance in Jay-Z's "Change Clothes" video as well as being the lead girl in Lloyd's video for "You". She had a little cameo in "Stomp the Yard". She tried out for Making the Band 3 and was picked to be apart of the once platinum selling girl group Danity Kane. Now D.Woods is on her solo grind with releasing two mixtapes Independence Day Vol 1 & 2 as well as working on her debut album.
